Singers of the Month
Each month, choir directors select a singer who has exhibited exemplary work, achieved great improvements, or accomplished excellence in another area. The CCC conductors would like to recognize these singers and help their peers get to know them a little better.

Singer’s Accomplishments this month: This year’s Pinta choir is extraordinarily cognitively engaged in their music. Keith is one of these singers. He asks astute, higher-level thinking questions about how music functions and how it is organized. I have enjoyed his interest and desire to always learn more! Additionally, Keith’s noodle trophy and motivational speech to the choir were significant to our Pasta Sale victory and subsequent pizza party this fall.

Spencer brought his energy, passion, and enthusiasm for singing to both the Holiday Pops and CCC’s Winter

Singer’s Accomplishments this month: Karin is a foreign exchange student from Estonia. Her accomplishment for the year has been choosing to sing with Bellissima. In Estonia, she is a member of the Estonian Radio & TV Girls Chorus– the top group in the nation. They have won all choral competitions, and have sung at festivals and competitions by invitation. Karin sang in Argentina last summer. She was also recently in her school musical.

In her spare time, Laren thinks of ways to find world peace or curls up with her favorite book.

Singer’s Accomplishments this month: Allie has been a busy singer! She sang the lead in her school musical, “Legally Blond,” and she was a finalist in the Voice of the City Competition. Allie’s all-girl band “Poparozzi” gave their performance debut with Allie as lead vocalist. Add that to solos in Bellissima, singing Karaoke on YouTube… and she has been sing, sing, singing!
