TEACHER SPOTLIGHT, RACHEL FOX
Rachel Fox teaches the Young Musicians I and II classes, helping our youngest singers develop a strong foundation for continuing music education. Outside of Columbus Children’s Choir, Rachel teaches PreK-5 General Music at North Union Elementary in Richwood, Ohio.
In 2012, Rachel graduated from Capital University with a degree in Vocal Music Education and then again in 2017 with Masters in Music Education with Kodaly Emphasis. In addition to teaching, she sings with the Choral Union at Capital University. Rachel is so excited to be back at CCC with the Young Musicians! Q: What’s your favorite food?
Q: Favorite color?
Q: What’s your favorite holiday and why?
A: Thanksgiving – It is wonderful to spend uninterrupted time with family.
Q: What do you do when you’re not teaching our Young Musicians?
A: I love baking, hiking, and traveling to see my family and friends that live far away. I have several family members and close friends in the military so I’ve always got places to go!
Q: Do you have a favorite musical memory?

Q: Is there a little known fact about yourself you’d like to share?
A: I really REALLY love Harry Potter and recently went to The Wizarding World in Orlando for spring break…it was a dream come true!
