Tuition covers instruction, supplies, and preseason camps. Uniforms and tours are not included. Merit and assistance based scholarships are applied toward tuition. Tuition makes up less than half of the budget, with the rest coming from fundraising efforts, grants, and donations.

- The first $100 of tuition is non-refundable.
- No refunds will be available after October 1, 2024.
- The choir reserves the right to release a singer from rehearsals and/or performances due to non-payment or conduct.
Payment Options
- Option A: Tuition paid in full
- $15 discount for tuition paid in full on or before the first rehearsal by cash or check.
- Option B: 2-month payment plan
- Full tuition amount divided into 2 equal payments. The first payment is due by your singers first rehearsal and the second is due 30 days later.
- A monthly late fee of $25 will be applied to delinquent accounts. New fees assessed on the 15th of each month.
- Option C: Apply for scholarship based on household income
- 9 monthly payments
- Families do not need to qualify for free/reduced lunch to qualify for scholarship.
- Submit the application before your singer’s first rehearsal to be eligible (Application)

How to Make Payment
You will be invoiced after you complete registration. Payment can be made by check, cash, or credit card (in the office). Payment can be made online using ACH via the link included in your invoice. Make checks payable to Columbus Children’s Choir.
Affording CCC
- Families can earn referral credit for referring new singers to CCC.
- $25 tuition credit will be applied to your account for each new singer that joins. $10 tuition credit will be applied if your recruit auditions, but decides not to join.
- You may also give your credit to another family or donate to CCC.
- Credit carries over to the next season.
- Tuition credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or returned.
- It is your responsibility to inform the office.
- Sibling discount
- $20 tuition credit will be applied to multiple singers living in the same household. Sibling discounts are only available to families whose accounts are in good standing and will be removed from delinquent accounts.
- You may also give your credit to another family or donate to CCC.

CCC is a participant in the Ohio ACE Education Marketplace. Once approved, families may search for participating service providers in the ACE Education Marketplace, and submit claims for reimbursement. Visit www.aceohio.org to learn more and apply for an ACE educational savings account. You may even be able to use credit from a previous school year.
- ACE cannot be combined with CCC awarded scholarship based on household income.
- ACE cannot be combined CCC discounts including, but not limited to sibling discount and Early Bird Discount.
- ACE funds cannot be redeemed or returned.
- ACE can be combined with referral credit (see below).
