Together we can do more. During January and February, the families of Columbus Children’s Choir united in a heartfelt mission to support our neighbors at the Broad Street Food Pantry. Together, we gathered an impressive 586 cans of soup, which we donated to the pantry for distribution to families in need. This initiative not only provided nourishment to those facing food insecurity but also reinforced the powerful message that community solidarity can create a significant impact. Such acts of kindness remind us that even in the coldest months of winter, there is warmth in compassion and the spirit of giving.

One small act of kindness is like a pebble tossed into the water: it creates an exciting splash, but it is the ripples that truly extend the reach of generosity. Rae, a dedicated New World Singer and an inspiring example of grassroots leadership, embodied this ethos by rallying her peers to join our cause. With unwavering enthusiasm, she invited students at her school to participate in our soup drive, successfully collecting additional cans that she personally delivered to our collection cart. Rae’s initiative not only amplified our efforts but also inspired others to reflect on how their individual contributions, however small, can collectively make a profound difference in our community. Together, we are creating ripples of kindness that will resonate far beyond our own actions, proving that cooperation can lead to transformational change.
